Rib Tickler

We like to make a habit out of celebrating hump day. Every Wednesday we have a special deal in our factory shop and we make a fun cocktail for our customers. We really nailed the drink this week, and have had several requests to share the recipe. So, here ya go!


The Rib Tickler

– 4 cups dry vermouth

– 1 1/2 cups Aperol

– 1 cup St. Germain

– 1 cup fresh lemon juice

– 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice

– 1/2 cup simple syrup

– 2 cups seltzer water

– Grapefruit for garnish


Are you asking yourself…why is it called the Rib Tickler? Once you try it, you’ll know why.
